    5' 6.8 AND I AM AT 162 RIGHT NOW, MY LOWEST EVER WAS 148LBS AND I USED PHEN FEN TO GET THERE, MY SISTER SAID I LOOKED TOO SKINNY BUT I THINK SHE IS JUST USED TO SEEING ME, UMMM HEALTHIER. SO MY GOAL IS 155 OR 150 ISH. I LIKE MYSELF NOW BUT I NEED TO LOWER MY CHOLESTEROL.

    My goal is to weigh 130 lbs. I currently weigh 157. I am an active 56-year-old. I workout for 2.4 hours of cardio and 45 minutes of strength training most days of the week. I currently take meds for a non-functioning thyroid. So far I've lost 11 lbs in 3 months and lost 10.5 inches off my waist and hips. I also dropped 4 dress sizes. I use to be a size 16 now I'm a size 10, but would like to be a size 4. I hope to reach my weight loss goals by this time next year.

    I went from 185 to 160 a year ago and now I want to try to get to 145. I thought maybe 130 but I want to have some muscle tone so I don't mind weighing more if it's muscle and not fat. :)

    Im 5'6...... I had 4 kids so not sure if I will ever even look the same, but Im trying!! I would like to be 140-145lbs

    I'm 5'6" and my goal is 120-125lbs.
    I hope I can reach it, I'm just after starting, and I'm currently 144lbs.
    If/When I reach 120-125, I'll see where I go from there, but ultimately this extra weight is really getting me down and I'd be so happy with 125!!

    my goal is 150. I started counting calories 2 weeks ago so i have alot to loose 55lbs

    I tend to look quite well at about 160-165, anything less would be awesome! I really want to get to about 155lbs but I'm excited to get to 200lbs, I haven't been at 200 in I don't know how long!

    I am 5'6' and my goal is 114.6lbs; I was about 121.3lbs last year but now I became 143.3lbs

    Hunny... 114 is not enough for 5'6''. Anything under 119 would be considered underweight :/

    ...underweight according to who? You can't say someone's weight isn't healthy for them if you don't take into consideration their age, bone structure or body fat percentage.

    Since my starting weight was so high and I am 48 years old my goal weight for right now is 150 lbs. I figure by the time I get there, I will be in pretty good shape too. I can re-evaluate my goal at this time depending on how I feel and how I look. I am 210 lbs right now and have quite a ways to go just to get to 150 lbs so I think that is reasonable for me right now.

    My perfect goal is 125-130!!!!!! At first it was 150 then 140 then 130 and I think now I want 125 just to give me a 5lb window :happy:

    I am 5'5.5" and my goal weight is 180, the smallest I have been was my senior year in high school when I was at 190. I was a size 12 then and very active, which I think is as good as it will get for me. At 190 I could see my hip bones so I feel that anything smaller than 180 not be right for me. I am currently 252, so I will see how it goes when I get down there to 190 and then re-evaluate.

    My goal is 115 but I feel like I'm getting close to the weight I should be (I'm 126 now) So I might make my goal 120 I don't know I guess I'll know when I get there.
