    Regarding powdered peanut butter, it helps if you weigh out the quantity of powder. A serving might be a bit more than you think, because two tablespoons of powder can very a lot depending on if it's packed or not.

    Then you add about an equal amount of water to the amount of powder you have, so I've found that it does give you about two heaping tablespoons of "peanut butter" once you are done mixing it. I like to mix mine a bit runny and add cinnamon to put on apple slices.
