1st Month almost completed

Trying my best to change my lifestyle back to that of eating healthy and exercising regularly. I was very committed to diet and exercise about 3 -4 years ago, and just suddenly stopped. I used having a son, work, day to day life as an excuse. I started to feel like crap, had chronic back pain, anxiety and insomnia. Joining the gym, getting a trainer and documenting my exercise has kept me accountable. My fitness pal has helped me this first month to get back on track and hold me accountable. #Lifestyle change
