Update: I have walked 3.1 miles this week so far The last two days at work have upset my schedule and hopefully today i will be able to walk during lunch.0

Just finished the 2 mile express walk with the stretchie band incorporated in it. Feels really good. That puts me at 11.5 miles and 1 day left still. I might have to up my goal from 10. I seem to beat it each week by 1-2. Gotta give myself something to strive for. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday everyone.0
