Logically, there is no way I should be 1kg lighter than a week ago, but I think what happened was two weeks of โwaterโ retention (thanks hormones!) followed by the weight I had actually lost over those two weeks becoming suddenly apparent.
Still enjoying aiming for 2000kcal. One day I went under by a bit, and another soon after I went over by a lot, but mainly 2000kcal feels โcomfortableโ, and knowing in advance how much Iโm going to eat feels a lot less stressful.
Iโm thinking about keeping a video journal next month. Suddenly 2000kcal is plastered all over the shops in the U.K., stating that it is the average daily calorie requirement, and it might be interesting to show quite what 2000kcal looks like, as well as the fact that Iโm pretty sure it is way too low as an average for the whole population, unless people are attempting to lose weight or we exclude most men.5 -

Total loss for June My June weight gain continued this week. I'm up almost a pound for the week and four pounds for the month of June. I am very unlikely to meet my goal for the month, but I'll keep trying and at least maybe cut into some of the gain to start July a little lighter than I am this week.

Boy oh boy, have I ever been overusing the condiments in the past! My movement, however, is just not good enough. Very low level energy and scared of my heart problems too. Iโve really got to do better on that front. I have lots of travel on the agenda in the coming week including today. That will not help the scale but I will try to make good choices at the restaurants.
06/28โฆ..โฆ..198.8(Trend Weight: 203.0)โฆ.. Iโve been very focused this past week. However, Iโve also had several days of travel or events so I am proud of the control I have managed to keep. Logging my food really helps. It sure does cut down on the extras like mayo, sour cream, crackers, BBQ sauce etc. Iโm using a lot less of that. Sometimes the calories are just not worth it. I am wearing a heart monitor right now, hopefully some answers soon since Iโm so afraid of exercise or pushing myself at this point. Even walking has become difficult especially near my home with all the hills & inclines. Iโll know more by mid-July. I am doing what I can, when I can when it comes to exercise.

A good month! Iโve been aiming for 2000kcal a day lโve only gone waaaay over once, but it didnโt derail me too much.
There are so many advantages to 2000kcal for me that it seems pretty silly I didnโt think of it at any other point in my 10+ years of using MyFitnessPal. ๐๐3 -
