I do not do decimals. My weight went up and down a bit but mostly stayed on 243. I did not reach my June goal weight. I'm not surprised. This past week, I have been stuck in a rut, not as active, and feeling down. Still walking every morning 2 miles, but I have slipped on my daily workouts. I think I need to get out of my rut, start moving, and get back to my daily aerobic/ yoga work outs. and be more focused. That will be my goal for July to commit and stick to it , 30 days straight aerobic/ yoga 45 min work outs, along with my morning walk.1 -
