I'm going for reasonable, attainable life-long weight loss. Changes I can make and live with, but I haven't been dropping weight all that fast. 1.67 a week is reasonable, though more agressive than what I've been doing. But yes, why not? I'll look forward to this. I'm in!

I'm currently doing Jillian Michael's Killer Buns & Thighs....Day 8 of Level 1 and I plan to do that along with some other workouts for the full 30 days. After that, my plan is to start Supreme 90 Day.

I'm doing ripped in 30 currently on week 2 & jogging 3 times a week plus any other workout i can fit in-after ripped in 30 i'll do 6 week 6 pack or might start that alongside RI30 not sure yet. Have a great day too0 -

I mix it up alot and have a HRM
zumba
heavy bag
elliptical
treadmill
station bike
rowing machine
jogging generaly or with pushing double jogging stroller with two toddlers (about 70 pounds of kids lol)
30 day shred ( when I feel like it I just pop in the dvd and do one day of one of the levels for a quick change up on rainy days or snowy ones as those are comeing soon)
walking general or with stroller above
Lots of strength training at the local gym I`m really focusing on getting tone as I loose ( I`m up to 90pounds on leg machines , 220 on back extentions , 50 on arms , 100 abbs and have started some free weights but those are still pretty light until I get more use to them and how I`m supposed to handle them )
also like wii fit was surprised at home much you can burn with the game
and yard work we have a HUGE yard and between mowing (push) and weading you can get a great workout in that way

I am doing couch to 5 k, C25k on my iPhone, or you can find it online for free ! I hate running so its helping me get my butt in gear its 3x a week0

I'm a little late but I'm in! My anniversary is 12/31 and my goal is to wear my reception dress to dinner that night! Amazing how much can be gained in the 1st year of marriage if you let it!

For my workouts (just started back yesterday) Doing workouts from FIT tv on demand. A mix of cardio and strenght training 30-45min per day!0 -
Woo Hoo my first challenge! I would love to join.
My starting weight is 236 so the end of the challenge I should weight 211.
As for exercise I have starting going to Gold's Gym and walking on the treadmill. Can only get up to 3.0 on speed and no incline right now but it's more than I was doing last week. I also have a wii fit plus at home that plan to use on days I don't go the gym at least do the yoga exercises. I also have a personal challenge coming up this weekend and may need help and a push to get it done!0 -

Yesterday I decided to take back my life from compulsive over eating and stop feeling sorry for my self. I started today logging my meals, I have went for a 45 min walk and I haven't had any soda. I look forward to everyones post! Keep up the good work everyone! Feel free to add me as a friends because we all need support. You all are encouragement for me!

If you don't want you add your weight you could always just make a note for yourself of your start weight and then for weekly updates you could just say how many lbs you lost.
Did you see the dates for the HS reunion?? It's like 9 months away. I was like that's enough time to get knocked up AND have a baby! lol
