Legs. Even though they aren't my best body part, YOU HAVE TO HAVE STRONG LEGS. Especially as you age because lack of strength in your legs (including balance) are the main reason for falls. And like a house, if the foundation sucks, the rest doesn't matter as much. So I always train legs longer and harder than any other body part and usually take 1.5-2hours every Saturday to do it.

Core; I have an ongoing QL issue and I need a v strong core for my weightlifting, so I train core and posterior chain every single time I hit the gym.2

Hamstrings and glutes. For me they require the most focus bc they don't wanna activate, but when they do I feel so accomplished!1

Core and shoulders. Core because no matter how many planks and variations I do they are always a challenge!
Shoulders because that's where I see results the fastest, so it keeps me motivated.
