      ~ Finally broke through that 155 plateau..just barely
      ~ I usually breeze in and out of the community just to check in so often, especially when life gets hectic. But I wanted to slow down for a moment, and thank the ones who came up with this group. It has helped me tremendously with getting back here and also helped me further reflect on what’s going on with my health and body from day-to-day. Even if I can’t post I still weigh, reflect and keep a running list in my iPhone notepad

    ~ I’m proud that I was consistent with checking in through the entire challenge this go round. It was really important to me that I did that. Any weight loss was an added bonus, especially since I never really did a good grocery run in preparation and my birthday celebrations trickled over to the first weekend of this challenge. So, I’ll take whatever loss I can get!

    8/25 - 161 - 21,400/143. Need a good sleep.
    8/26 - 161.1 - 19,000/112. Surprise attack on the big city and the weather has turned cold ish. Hope to get lots of walking in and maybe some shopping. Dinner with my brother a couple times. I did well yesterday was hoping for a good scale read. Oh well I’m destined to get there!! Maybe I’ll use his scale but it’ll be after meals, coffees and possible treats & wine!
    8/27 - DNW - 20,000/83. Found a scale for yesterday. Not a good sleep at all. Time to get up and find some coffee. Hope for lots of walking.
    8/28 - DNW - 15,100/54 - Bought a size 8 Lulu pants and a size 6 Jacket. It's possible that I purchased the jacket because of that 6.
    8/29 - 163.7 -15.600/50: Busy weekend got home at a good time and did laundry and a clean up. Didn't plan meals well and ate a small bowl of salt water taffy, just kept eating them. So had a higher calorie day then usual. A couple lbs up due to wine and more carbs then usual plus that taffy incident. Back on plan today and I am fine with this I will enjoy special times out and a cocktail here and there. I ... JUST ... HAVE ... TO .... REALIGN ... AFTER.
    8/30 - 165.9 -10,700/65. No second walk. Super tired and had a lot of salty snacks, didn't track well assume calories were high. Just so tired, achy back muscles and eye allergies? Bloated SO is home so calorie intake will be off
    8/31 - 167 - 10,100/62. Need to pull it together. Terrible eye allergies again ugghh. Last day of August wow
    9/1 - 167 - 12,100/73. Had a nice evening beach picnic. SO heads off to work next week and I'll be more focused then, it's been hot here and I haven't been getting my 2nd walk in. September watch challenge is just to close my rings 26 times. Happy September everyone!!
    9/2 - 165.5 -10,200/63. Eye problem made an appointment with eye doctor can't get in until next week. Not sure if it's allergies or something else. Not sure if allergy meds make it worse. Will be lucky to get my steps in today. Eyes really do not like the light. This happened early in the season as well so it makes me think it is allergies. Sorry haven't been reading posts, hope you are all doing well.

    8/25 / 162.6 / Good day at work yesterday, ate lighter than normal so I had a larger supper. Made sure to get my 10,000 steps.

    8/27 / 163.4 / After an exhausting week at work, I'm at the lake relaxing for the weekend. Husband and I had a lovely campfire last night. I am going to pressure wash the outside of our trailer today.
    8/28 / 163.4 / Pressure washing the trailer and our outside deck and furniture got me almost 6K steps and then I took my dog for a walk. Husband made ribs for us and our neighbors for dinner so I had late breakfast and then saved up for that meal. It was tasty!
    8/29 / 164 / Rode the Peloton after work and it felt really good after a crappy work day.
    8/30 / 164.6 / Stayed downtown after work to have drinks with a couple of my friends. Supper was therefore quite simple. Walked my dog when I got home. Lots of change at work so just putting one foot in front of the other.
    8/31 / 163.8 / I had a work lunch for a coworker who is retiring next week. Tonight my hubby wanted a take out and TV night and I indulged him in that. Feeling tired.
    9/1 / 163 / I knew I had a busy workday so I got up before 5 a.m. to ride the Peloton. Glad I did because I worked late. Hoping to do the same tomorrow but instead of work we are hitting the road to drive 11 hours east for my Aunt's wedding!
    9/2 / 163.8 / Got up at 5 for my long ride of the week on the Peloton (60 minutes) before hitting the road. Did the first 5 hours of driving or so across the Prairies and now my husband has taken over. We should be getting to our destination in time for a late supper!
