    Height: 5'5
    Sex: F
    Body Fat : 20.3%
    Daily Calories: average 1800

It's ten days later and I need to update mine.

    Current Weight: 130.5
    Current BF: 19.9%

I averaged about 1800 calories during that time, and was aiming for a half pound a week loss. I'm going to up my calories another 100 a day. Not quite to maintenance, but just a .25 pound a week loss, and see how that goes.

Update. Two months later, still averaging around 1800 a day, possibly more because I don't count or care about calories on weekends.

    Current Weight: 127
    Current BF: 18.9%

Great job, 1% body fat loss is good. keep it up.

I do typically eat back my exercise calories. Doing this raised some frustration. My gut is the absolutely last place I tend to lose and first I gain.

I wouldn't go by those pictures too much...I am "skinny fat" in that I have 30ish BF% and I look nothing like those mushy girls in the 30% female pictures. The pictures a general guide, def. not the rule.

    i have no idea by bodyfat % i'd guess it's in the 11-14% range. i'm 28, 5'6, 138 and have cut on 1800ish cals

I seriously doubt you're double digit bodyfat. Even if you aren't happy with your lower ab region, that just might be the spot you store the fat you have. We all have stubborn spots. Nice Ben and Jerry's ice cream collection by the way. Oatmeal Cookie Chunk for the win.

    Thanks for the updates.

Thanks everyone. I am collecting a lot of data here... Going to start doing some analysis.

Please keep them coming. The more I collect the more I can average and eliminate outliers.

I updated it in my spread sheet. I hope that goe well. it should definitely help you increase muscle mass. This is about the phase I am at now.I don't care about weight so much but rather cuttting fat with muscle. So my weight has been consistant around 195-197.

BTW, what workout program do you do? Is it a homemade design or off the shelf home workout?
