WOW! How awesome!!! You did say "yes", right?? LOL - don't want to congratulate you if you said "No"... 🙃6 -
I was in a 3x/4x shirts and a Size 22W pants 6 months ago. I left the store yesterday with comfortable fitting Size XL shirts and Size 16 pants!!! I know everyone posts something like this and it’s a real feeling, I can’t wrap my head around it. I went into the dressing room with 18s and 20s and had to come out for a smaller size! Mind. Blown.26

I have dropped 2 shirt sizes and 2 bra sizes. I used to have to literally stretch out my shirts as much as I could to keep them from clinging to my fat rolls. Now I can put on a shirt 2 sizes smaller than those days and I don't have to do anything to them to get them to comfortably hang on me and not cling. Such a great feeling. I have a long way to go, but that's a huge incentive to keep going!19

I'm still overweight and didn't lose much. I have bad and weak knees. Still, the other day I felt something was different at work, I could squat and get up without needing to put weight on my hands. Still not a proper squat because my butt is over my head, but it's an amazing feeling ♥. Guess it's progress ♥21

One of my fellow cyclists said I had legs that looked like they could poke holes in the asphalt. That was a great visual for how strong m legs look. I'll take it!20

Woke up late this morning, got dressed in a rush. Threw on my fave shirt: it sits perfectly. No weird bulges, doesn’t over cling to anywhere 😊18

I discovered that I no longer need the very long shoe horn to put my shoes on. I can actually bend over and pull them on without issue. Before I couldn't bend over enough. Losing 5 inches around the waist made a huge difference.16

Quick caveat: I've been very open about my weight loss efforts with my hair stylist. I walked in to get toner for my highlights and she made the comment, "You get smaller every time I see you!"
Something I'm looking forward to, so a future NSV: I'm moving apartments and my roommate and I decided we were going to keep an unpacked box open to put donations in for the Purple Heart Foundation. This will be a good excuse to go through all (and I mean ALL) my clothes and find which ones I can still style despite being oversized versus which ones are too big and too worn down versus which ones are too big but in nice enough condition to donate. All in all, I'm trying to be pickier about what I'm putting in my closet- fewer clothes but well made and fit well. Nothing like packing to remind you that you own too much stuff.24 -
I'll take this as a victory, but It's a little stressful too ... Going into Fall and chilly mornings plus a small business trip in a few days. None of my close fit. Every shirt just has way too much material swimming around me. Plus my sweaters all look very frumpy. I'm not too bad with my pants but I have had to punch a few new holes in my belts.
I don't have much time to get new clothes for this trip.12 -

NSV is that weather is cooler, so I pulled out some boots and long socks to wear with them. Couldn’t figure out why the socks were so stretched out til it dawned on me they were “fat era” socks.
Went for test this morning. Mentioned to the lady administering the test that she needed to know about a prior medical condition, as well as 100 pound weight loss, in case either affected the test.
She was shocked and said she would have assumed I’d always been fit. (First time we’d met.)
Later we started talking about international flights. She started talking about how she hates sitting next to someone who is “big and gross”. I literally had to bite my tongue from interjecting “100 pounds, remember? That was me.”
I found it very interesting that her brain had registered and catalogued me as a thin person who would understand completely.25 -
I'm actually looking for nice clothes on a non Big and Tall website that i could fit into. It's motivating me to keep pushing towards my end goal. The light is starting to appear at the end of the tunnel. I should hit it in 4 months21

Today at the doctor’s office a nurse asked for my weight. When I told her, she whipped around, looked at me in disbelief and said, “No way, I was expecting 30-40 lbs less than that. How is that possible?” My hubs piped up with, “She’s a power lifter. It’s muscle.” I’m pretty sure this is the first time in my life I’ve heard anyone else say either of those things about me. It was extremely satisfying.29

Well, I put up the hurricane panels and packed up the outdoors, patio and play equipment today with my 22 year old son and … yeah, that’s like a night and day difference from years past with a 100 pound weight loss.
I am strong. I am flexible as hell and yeah, I can’t believe how absolutely capable I am. We worked from 6 am until 1 and I could wring out my hoodie and jeans at the end but I took a quick shower and I’m good.
Guys… I am so proud of who I have become. 💪

After 15 years, being able to transition from the “Big and Tall” (and I’m not tall LOL) section to the normal clothes section. I went from hoping I’d find at least one pair of pants that fit to having an actual selection and variety of pants that fit well. It made me feel even better than the success on the scale.21

Loving this NSV - especially at a time when it matters most... I love your outlook on things even when it is under your current circumstances. Sending you light and love during this time... 🙏🙏🙏6 -
It is so inspiring to read these posts! Congratulations to everyone. I wish I had time to congratulate you all personally!
I don't know if this is non-scale or not, but at the end of the Summer 5% challenge I had lost my 5%. The day after I had to go on prednisone. If you've ever had prednisone weight to get rid of, you know how hard it is. The Fall 5% starts this Saturday and I am pleased to say, I will be starting at the weight I ended summer with. Higher protein and fiber is my key! I hope I never forget that again!
Prayers for all in the path of the storm!10 -

I don't know if it's non-scale or not either, but that's great news! Way to go and best of luck in the Fall 5% Challenge!6 -
Repeated a Peloton outdoor run after 2 months, and shaved 2 minutes per mile from my time. I'm starting to have to adjust my route to add some more distance to my timed run.14

Last minute for a long trip, I jumped on Amazon to get a sun-protection shirt next day delivery. Usually I buy my clothes from Woman Within, but I ordered XXL from two different brands, and crossed my fingers.
BOTH fit me.18 -
I would have to say that my most recent NSV would have to be this - I started swimming for my cardio some time ago. I recently started back on MFP watching my calories and working out daily. I swim because I have nerve problems in my legs so swimming and most water activities are great .. Needed the back story -. A few months ago I noticed that my swim trunks were getting a bit baggy, so baggy that I needed to buy smaller ones, which I did.. After about 6 weeks or so, this new bathing suit was starting to feel a bit loose and baggy.. It's bad enough trying to swim in trunks but when they are too big, it's worse because they drag in the water . Well it was time for New swim trunks at an even smaller size
I bought them and they fit Great !!26 -
I crossed my legs at the knees for the first time in about a decade!19
