Hi there… is it too late to join?
You're in luck! I have room on my team - the ever fabulous WaistAways. Please go as soon as possible to our team chat. Read the first post on the thread to get an idea how things work, skim through the introductory messages, and then please post an intro of your own.
Include in your post there what day you want to weigh in, what is your weight on that day from last week (as close as you can guess), what was your highest weight ever (if you want to include that), and you'll be ready to go!

I'll put you with Team Weight No More. They are a lovely group and I hope you'll have a great deal of success with them.
The most important thing to do first is to go on the team chat thread:

You should let them know the following:
What day do you want to weigh in every week?
What is your weight from that day this past week? (your starting weight)
What is your highest weight ever?
Then be sure to introduce yourself and start to get to know your way around. Good luck! Please friend and message me if you need any help.
