    Jumping in late also but I can make 24+ hrs

    10/10 1.34 mile walk with dog 24 min, 16 min PT exercise

    10/11 6 min yoga 🧘‍♀️

    10/12 1.58 mile walk with dog 50 min( the 🐶 slows me down but I love walking 🚶‍♀️ with her)

    Total so far 1 hr 36 min

    10/11- 60min lower body
    10/12- 45min arms/shoulders/back weights
    60min cardio HIIT & abs
    10/13- 45min yoga

    Total so far 24hr 12 mins. I’ve completed my goal to hit 24 hrs this month, according to Apple Fitness I did 44 hours in September, so I’ll see if I’m close to that again at the end of October
