    I am looking forward to starting this today. I, like so many of you, live a busy life between work, family and school (working on my masters degree). For me the first thing that gets puts on the side is myself so I am going to work very hard this round to remember that I have to take care of myself in order to be the best at all the other stuff.

    Today I recommit to MFP and to this 10 day period with you all! I am looking forward to losing weight and connecting with you.

    walk 2-3 miles every day

    Weight in each day
    Post each day

    10/24-124.1 (whoops, last night I should have skipped the fried calamari plate) I have lost 10 pounds over the last 3 months but the “muffin top” remains (although slightly deflated). But this is not my first rodeo at losing weight and it is now time to up the ante and put the treadmill on an incline and increase speed on the horse trainer. The toughest time will be from now to when I (hopefully) reach my waist goal.

    10/24 -DNW- (Trend weight DNW) I can’t believe I completely forgot to weigh this morning due to a small change in routine. Wow! Anyway, yesterday was so-so. My choices weren’t the greatest, but no big binge and no large meals. Not enough water or sleep so I’ll work on that today and tonight. Good luck everyone this round. I’m glad to see you all back!
