    How old are the batteries in your scale? Readings can get less accurate when the battery is low.

    Is there anything stuck to the little rubber feet (LRF) that might affect it, like pet fur? Having something that squishes can affect the reading too.

    Yeah. LRF. Used to be sometimes if you called the IT Help Desk they'd ask if your machine had LRF support. It was kind of funny.

    Start Weight (from Sept 30, 2022 ): 198.4
    Goal Weight: (5 pound loss) 193.4

    End of Challenge Weight: xxxxx
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (I’ll know it when I get there!)



    Weight in blue makes me blue because it’s a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because it’s a loss. Weight in black means no change.

    10/25-199.8-(Trend Weight: 200.5)- Up & Down all week (thus the trend weight) but rounded it out with an overall bit of a loss. So far, I’m staying away from the Halloween Candy and sticking to my sugar-free when I’m tempted. I need to lose 1.4 pounds this round just to break even with starting weight. I got this! (Thinking positive here!)
