Why the tears? I'd say you had a GREAT month! You didn't lose the full five pounds you set as a goal, but you lost almost a half pound a week on average for the month. That's a good weight loss when you are less that ten pounds away from your goal.
If you keep losing at the rate you lost in November, and November is one of the hard months, you'll be at your goal before the middle of January!2
