Total loss for November I am down 5.4 pounds for the month less than two weeks from the beginning of the month. This loss has been at a truly unsustainable rate, but it puts me at my monthly goal and back into my absolute maintenance range and almost into my ideal maintenance range. This is not from any special willpower or motivation or herculean effort. I've been sick. It's a windfall. My plan is to maintain the loss and not gain it back so I can at least have SOMETHING good come from this nasty virus.

Good job everyone!
Although it doesnโt look that I have lost any weight in the mirror but I am happy with the results so far (4.6 pounds loss so far this month) .. slow but consistent .. hoping to see the results after a couple of weeks ..
Just wanted to share something .. I have always been within my healthy weight .. In the last five years I have gained a lot of weight .. some friends and relatives seem to focus just on my weight whenever we meet and make comments about it .. they probably donโt know how I feel and how sensitive I am about the whole weight thing ..
I havenโt seen them for a long time, I delayed my flight and I am determined to get back to my average normal weight before seeing them again ..

Although the scale didnโt move much this week, I am proud I was consistent with my diet and exercise. Changes in the mirror are starting to happen but most of all I can feel the confidence returning that I am strong and can do anything I put my mind to. I am proud of the progress I have made and I am determined to continue working on getting healthy.

Im a 57 year old lady. Always busy, work hard, go to the gym where I do cardio & some weights.
Iโve always been active and pretty toned but the menopause has suddenly caught up with me. I do like to go out socially. I just donโt seem to be able to lose any weight at the moment. I feel like crap, achy, sluggish & old!!!
I have a cruise in December, Iโd love to lose a few pounds for. So here goes.

Dinner will be out in the big city. Between that and no pill during travel, my weight tomorrow will be a disaster but I will bounce back. Even with several days of travel, I am aiming for another loss by next weekโs weigh-in.
