My name is Donna. I am 62 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5β 5β tall.
Start Weight (from Nov 30, 2022 ): 196.2
Goal Weight: 191.2 (5 pound loss)
End of Challenge Weight: xxxxx
Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (Iβll know it when I get there!)
Weight in blue makes me blue because itβs a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because itβs a loss. Weight in black means no change.
12/01-198.4-(Trend Weight: 197.8)- I am keeping my weigh-ins on Tuesdays. I also always weight in on the first and last day of every month to see the entire monthβs (hopeful) improvement. I am starting this month on a bloat day and after travel. The cardiology appt went very well. I donβt have to go back for 6 months. The goal now is to do the cardiac rehab for 12 weeks, twice per week. Also, to work on lowering my cholesterol. Of course, losing weight always helps so the journey continues for a healthier lifestyle and a healthier heart.
12/06-199.6-(Trend Weight: 197.9)- A big overnight jump for me! I just couldnβt get full yesterday. I ate 5 small meals plus 2 snacks and I truly did not even realize it. I should have been logging! Anyway, I was shocked when I stepped on the scale until I realized that it was also an expected bloat day. Today is a pill day so that, along with careful meal planning, should allow a better scale result tomorrow. I must stay strong! I want to post a much better weight next week typed in pink, not blue! I start cardiac rehab on Friday and will be traveling on Thursday and Friday for medical so that is always a negative for my weight. So I must make the other days count!

I am shocked that I started gaining weight this month! After losing 10 lbs in November! I feel disappointed and unwell physically and mentally. Hopefully next Week I will see drop in the scale and things will get better.
