Hi! First timer for this challenge and excited to join. Really need the motivation to stay on track through the holidays! Life was been busy this summer and fall - **Got married, sold my house, moved and started a new job**
Haven't been tracking or consistent with exercise for a while and it shows. Time to get back on track. Come on December!

Total loss for December Oh no. Up another two pounds from last week for a total of over four pounds over the first two weeks of the month. Not what I was planning. I ended November down 5.8 pounds. At least I haven't gained it ALL back yet, and I'm still bouncing around up and down. Onward and downward, and I'm still planning to be back in maintenance by end of calendar year. I doubt I'll make my monthly goal of 148 though unless something really changes.

With all the festivities I wanted to be able to give myself a little wiggle room so I donβt get discouraged by the ups and downs. However, 200 is my nemesis weight π and I DO NOT want to go over it!
