He’s a sweet boy and internally motivated and he has done almost every step all on his own. He loves cats (and all animals) and video games and baking and has learned to be really gentle with other people’s feelings and I am very proud of him4 -

Ever since the grade 1 tear in my rotator cuff and tendinitis in my right shoulder I’ve had trouble with push ups and bench press. I was able to bench 135 lbs x 3 reps today with minimal pain for the first time in months. I used to be able to press 225 lbs at one point so this isn’t really a major deal but as far as health and healing, it’s a huge deal to me. So I’m smiling!9

My son leaves Jan 2 for Army basic training. I've been teaching him how to cook his favorite meals so he'll be able to fix them himself when he gets his own place for a little taste of home. His chili last night came out perfectly; the smile on his face was priceless.7

I get a free ornament! There was some confusion with a delivery and the company resent an item, I messaged saying I received it eventually and they just replied saying it's too late to recall the order so it's a gift for me. Guess I have a free gift to give away to someone3

I was able to get a load off my shoulders when I cleared the air with a friend. I was smiling big when I got off the phone with her!3

My cats are obsessed with me but I only have two hands and four cats. This makes me smile that I have this “problem”. 😻😻😻😻5

Picked up one of my granddaughters for Winter Break. We will have her for a wonderful week before she has to go home.2

After I got into a parking accident, the mechanic told me it'd be at least 3 months before I could expect my car back. But less than two weeks later, he called to say all done. Don't know the reason, don't care, I'm just happy to be driving my car again (and my son's happy I no longer have to borrow his truck!).3

My second son has reported for the start of military basic training, something he's wanted to do since he was five years old.9

@nossmf Hugs…my son has been in for 10+ years. He wanted to go into the military since ~5-6 years old. A huge positive for my son.2
