I was a fitness instructor for 5 yrs. I helped other women lose weight after losing weight myself. We used MFP as a tool. New year, new gear for me in the fight to regain my health and fitness: for Christmas I gifted myself Bombas socks, workout shoes, and a hot/cold knee wrap; then last week I shopped the after-Christmas sales for workout clothes in my new size
Plus two challenges for the month: Dry January and join a training group to walk a half-marathon later in the spring.
