Back in 2019, i reached my goal weight thanks to this app and this type of challenge. In August of 2022, I had a baby. Gained 40 lbs during the pregnancy. I've only lost 5 lbs since we were eating lots of take out. Hoping this challenge will help keep me accountable and motivated.
