Hi 👋 can I join. I am a serial yo-yo dieter. I know I can lose weight because I lost 50lbs 2/3 years ago. Really want to get there again. My main things I’m doing is drink more water, no alcohol and count calories. Right now I’m weighing in at 232lbs. First mini goal is to get to 229… 💪0
