Just for today I will distract myself from my compulsion to eat things I know will make me feel bad. I will go for my walk without my purse, so I don't crack and buy snacks. I can eat snacks tomorrow! I can wait that long. And then hopefully tomorrow, with the pride of today's accomplishment inside me, I'll be able to decide 'just for today' all over again.3
