No weight loss this week but I’m back on the Mediterranean Diet 100%. I will give it another week to see how it is going before playing around with it like reducing grains etc. I did start up a Yoga challenge this week - feels amazing!!1 -

A BIG whoosh always happens when I first initiate clean Keto. I’m fully locked into ketosis after only a week. If I could just maintain all of the weight I’ve lost the first week of January every year I would be well below my dream goal weight. So, here’s to 2023, let’s get the weight off and keep it off!
Non-Scale Victory (NSV). My brain fog has lifted since I started eating keto clean.

So, here we go! I like the challenge to lose 12 pounds in 12 weeks.
I'm male, approaching 50, working (hard) in healthcare.
I weigh in every day and calculate weekly averages.
Week 0 (January 8th): 96.8 kg / 213.4 lbs
Week 1 (January 15th): xx.x (lost this week: ; lost in total: )
Little higher baseline average right after Christmas and New Years, let's see what happens next week.
Will also start cycling challenge to get in more physical activity and boost weight loss.1 -
Sunday weigh-ins: Dry January! Also, 500-calorie Move goal (on my iWatch) every day.

My name is Donna. I am 62 years old, 5' 5" tall. I live in the Midwest of USA. I am in remission for breast cancer, have Type 2 Diabetes, an under active thyroid, high blood pressure and cholesterol, some osteoporosis and coronary heart disease with a stent in my heart. I am working to get healthier. I know losing weight and exercising more will help all of these issues.
CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT (FROM Dec 31, 2021): 199.8
CHALLENGE TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: Total Loss of 15 pounds to land at 184.8
CHALLENGE ENDING WEIGHT:
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

Weight in blue makes me blue because it’s a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because it’s a loss. Weight in black means no change.
01/01-199.2-(Trend Weight: 199.2)- Good luck this round everyone. I hope this one is better than the last one for me. Happy New Year. Cheers to you. Wishing you all health, happiness, much success and wonderful times with your family and friends.
01/08-200.2-(Trend Weight: 199.3)- Today finds me eating the last 3rd of the Chinese food. Late post due to DGS not feeling well as I babysat today. 29 flights of stairs for me taking care of him! I will be traveling on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday (to my DB’s 60th birthday party, this one is an overnight trip) and Sunday. This will not likely be a good week.

Hello all, I’m Amanda from Michigan. I belong to 2 other challenges on here but thought I would give this one a try! I will post my weight on Mondays.
I lost 45 pounds in 2022 and would like to lose at the very least 45 more in 2023. I have some scary medical procedures coming up in January and have no idea how they will affect my weight!
Good luck to everyone!

Good morning! My name is Jessica, and I am a 37-year-old mom and teacher looking to drop 100+ pounds. In the winter of 2014, I made a commitment to my health and wellness; I dropped nearly 50 pounds and was living happily at 175 pounds.
Fast forward to 2016, I was going through a pretty intense divorce, and I turned to food to comfort me. I had to learn to live on my own and to live without my daughter 50% of the time. I was lonely, sad, and drinking a ton. THEN, things turned around. I met my current husband who is an amazing cook and Italian (need I say more?). We joke that we got happy then fat. Since 2016, I have gained over 100 pounds. I reached my highest weight in December 2022 at 280 pounds, and that's when I decided that enough is enough! For the first time in my life, I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I need to fight my genetic disposition to Type 2 Diabetes before it's too late. I am throwing myself into this 100%. No fad diets. No making excuses. I am going to take this time to be fully committed to myself. I thrive on outward support and motivation to keep me going. So, I'm here to ask for help! Help in celebrating my wins and help in comforting my disappointments. I've done this before, and I can do it again! I'm going to ROCK this; I just know it.

Hey there! We're around the same weight. I'm also at my highest weight ever and I'm fed up with this. We can do this together! 😁1 -
I have been losing motivation and have seen significant decline in health. Gained weight, Cholestrol and Blood pressure, lethargy creeping up. Hoping to keep my goals simple and achieve the goal with slow and steady progress.
Goals - Move 10K+ steps everyday, IF 16:8, planned eating - all meals should be planned atleast one day ahead of day nad eat planned meals only.
At end of March, I expect to see better number for Blood pressure.
