I’m so mad at myself☹️
I only lasted ONE day in my promise to myself to get back on track with eating properly, logging food and stop binge eating. I did walk Monday & Tuesday, but my emotions and depression take over and I give up.
Yesterday I started in the afternoon with a homemade mixed berry crisp which I consumed in about 5 minutes! Then I went to grocery store and bought Peanut Butter( Just Peanuts ) and two chocolate bars - ATE everything all at once.
Frustrated….

@RubyRed427 - I have trouble being on my hands and knees due to pain so I do standing yoga or chair yoga. There are a bunch of them on YouTube.

Here is a tip to eat junk food and still save you calories. Keep a glass of water with you when eating something high calorie. Take one sip of water after one morsel of whatever you are eating. Soon your stomach will be filled with water and you won't be able to eat any more.
I used this trick when I felt like eating pizza. I could eat only one slice instead of polishing off the whole pizza.6 -

Been MIA for a few months but still logging in everyday since I started MFP 5/14/21.
Unfortunately lost my mojo and gained a lot back but not all Thank God! Need to get back on track and focused. I bought a NEW to me, gently used, Commercial PreCor EFX 835 Elliptical. It was delivered the beginning of November, as others here know I wore my previous 10+ year old one out from my extensive workouts. Stopped using it mid November to get my Christmas shopping done earlier than my norm. I was planning to start back up a week ago but had a GI bug and very weak. I restarted today but very slow at 45 minutes and 3 miles compared to my 3 hour historical workout sessions. I will MAYBE workup to it again.
Heaviest weight 255 lbs, twice. :-(

Even though I had a fan on, maybe I just got to warm, which wore me down.4 -

Everything happens for the best.
I had an old weighing machine which was more precise than the old model I had for years. The old one showed the difference only in one pound. So, it didn't budge often, the new one did.
Recently, I was noticing that the new scale would keep showing the same weight for many days, then it will show a sudden dip. Usually, in 10 days.
It had been stuck on one particular weight for the past 7-8 days (even though I could feel my denims slipping down, indicating some weight loss)
Today, it broke down.
I checked my weight on the old scale, and it showed me a pound lighter than what the new scale had been showing! That has brought the goal of losing 15 pounds closed (I have lost 11 pounds since Nov till date).
Now I wish the new scale had broken down earlier6 -
