    had to reply to this. since i have not had a car i join mfp and lost 30 lbs since january. your right everyone should just leave there cars at home pretend its not there and walk for a change

    Played basketball yesterday evening, which made the blisters worse. I'll stay away from running/hiking for a few days and ride the bicycle to keep up with you guys :bigsmile:
