    Unfortunately lost my mojo and gained a lot back but not all Thank God! Need to get back on track and focused.

    ❤️February 27- 202.6 lbs All the miles I did this week and no downward results. :(
    ❤️February 28- 202 lbs Finally some movement after all the miles I've done the last 10 days!!!

    Like other challenges I'm a bit legalistic about stuff so my final weight will be tomorrow. I'll post on both threads.

    @39flavours Thank you for your words of encouragement. I'm just ashamed I gained those 60 lbs back from my April 2022 low. :-(

    2/05 - 191.1 - Late shift always equals over-eating (+250) for me, high sodium too

    2/08 - 188.5 - Sodium must be gone, but still over where I started. (+198)
    2/09 - 188.7 <3 - Under my calorie goal!
    2/10 - 188.5 <3 - I wanted seconds at dinner because it was sooo good but I resisted! Win!

    02/28-191.6-(Trend Weight 192.8)- I think those fluctuations for no reason got to me more than I realized. Emotional eating all day yesterday during and after travel. Also, the scale was way down in rehab since last week so my typical pattern is to do self-sabotage when I’ve done well. So I’m not sure which one it was but lets not call yesterday an epic fail. Let’s just call it an unexpected “cheat day” and move on. . 5” of snow yesterday and I was caught in the white out slipperies trying to drive home. It was Devil-awful. 4 more inches last night. Did someone say spring soon? So….It happens to be the end of the month’s challenge, so I will come back tomorrow and post a final weight which is likely to be a compromise between where I was and where I should be. The scale will tell the story. See you tomorrow on both pages!

    Argh I know the feeling, I gained back 26lbs from this time last year :( and it's coming off so much slower this time. Well, we're here and we're taking control so we should feel proud x
