    I’ve decided to separate my speed bag work to track my progression.

    3/11 1hr kickboxing .25 speedbag
    3/12 1hr cardio/body weight HITT .5 SB
    3/13 1hr full body- low weight/high rep
    3/14 rest day
    3/15 1hr strength 2hrs w/boxing coach
    3/16 1hr spin .5hr speed bag
    3/17 1hr Zumba .5hr speed bag
    3/18 rest
    3/19 1hr cardio/body weight HIIT
    3/20 2hr full body strength .5hr SB

    I don't have my final tally yet....but I wanted to say that my increased exercise is really paying off! I can now do mountain climbers....I mastered jumping Jack's this week after a couple of months of modification. I've lost two pounds this month for a total of five pounds in three months. I feel really good! This thread has been super helpful in reaching my fitness goals. Thank you @JDMac82
