I’ve decided to separate my speed bag work to track my progression.
3/21- 1hr spin .5hr speed bag
3/22- 1hr lifting 2hrs w/boxing coach
3/23- 1hr light weights/ high rep
3/24- 1hr exercise obstacle course
3/25- 1hr kickboxing .5 speed bag
3/26- Rest
3/27- 1hr core focus body weight strength
31/30+ hrs exercise

March 1: 1h elliptical
March 2: 1h treadmill
March 3: 1h treadmill, 1h 30m walking in grocery store
March 6: 1h 10m elliptical
March 7: 1h 5m treadmill, 1h walking
March 8: 1h 10m elliptical

March 10: 1h 10m elliptical, 30m walking dog, 1h grocery store

I don't have my final tally yet....but I wanted to say that my increased exercise is really paying off! I can now do mountain climbers....I mastered jumping Jack's this week after a couple of months of modification. I've lost two pounds this month for a total of five pounds in three months. I feel really good! This thread has been super helpful in reaching my fitness goals. Thank you @JDMac824
