On Again Off Again... I Really Wanna Stay ON!

Options
I get on track and then always seem to allow things to knock me back off again. And thenI get fustrated with myself everytime I try to restart, thinking "Dang, if you hadn't quit before, you'd already be down to this weight, or be at that fitness level by now". Grrrr

But here I am, trying to motivate myself to get back on this crazy horse. I would like to lose at least 70lbs. Just to have more energy and to feel better in general.

It seems like the friends I had on here are no longer active in the app, so I am excited to find new friends to encourage and that I can encourage in return. :)

Hi! I feel the exact same way - i have around 60 - 70 pounds to lose and I keep starting and stopping. It feels like I constantly allow myself to be derailed by every situational whim. (sigh...) I want to get to a point where I can get into the mindset of health and weight loss and not let every long day or stressful event contribute to throwing away any progress I've achieved. :)
What does your strategy look like so far. I'm floundering at the moment.
