A chocolate chip pancake, because it's the weekend and they're my favorite. Theoretically I should aim for no breakfast or protein for breakfast, but I'm not that disciplined yet.0

Red's turkey sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito. Toasted Thomas' everything bagel with butter. Two Good mixed berry flavored Greek yogurt. Strawberries. Decaf Irish breakfast tea. Not super healthy but it's that time of the month.0

15 cherries, 4 oz of pineapple and 4 oz siggis 0% skyr(Icelandic version of yogurt) and 20 oz of coffee. Perfect not to heavy to keep me in check for the Wednesday morning hump day 10k run.3

5 Egg whites w/ 1 Tbps Ketchup, DKB's Thin Powerseed Bread w/ 1/2 tbsp Oliv Oil Earth Balance, 5g less sugar bon maman strawberry jam, a scoop of optifiber in water and a bottle of harmless harvest on the way to work. I'm cutting but this wasn't bad for breakfast1
