    Half a toasted bagel, scant teaspoon butter, 1 ounce cream cheese, 1/2 thin slice white onion, 2 teaspoons capers, 50 grams smoked salmon, 2 cups orange pekoe tea!

    Two eggs, basted, one slice Dave's Killer Bread, too many sausage links, and too little coffee.

    Protien pancakes with pb2 and jelly with coffee

    I bought the metrx protien pancake mix and I won't buy it again. It isn't pucky bad. I plan on finishing it. I just like the other ones I have tried better.

    I made myself a poached egg on pumpernickel toast with some shaved parm. It totally hit the spot.

    1/2 cup of quick oats, 4tbs of pb2 powder, sugar substitute, and water. It was sooo good tasted like a no bake cookie!

    Coffee w/evap. milk and stevia, and a smoothie - frozen berries, soy milk, spinach, flax and chia seed, protein powder (pea/brown rice), collagen powder.

    Coffee and chickpea pancakes with vegan butter and sugar-free syrup.

    They were awesome and I kinda wish I had some more :'( Luckily, lunch isn't too far off.

    Today was my usual coffee+creamer, then had 3 eggs scrambled with fresh arugala, and topped with avocado.
  • Bran Flakes w/milk, blueberries, stevia; 1/4 cup cottage cheese.

    Iced coffee with a splash of heavy cream and a teeny splash of flavored creamer
    Protein pancakes (1 banana, 2 eggs, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup oats, cinnamon, vanilla)

    I had half of tuna sandwich. I work at a gas station and yeah that is like barely the healthiest thing we have other than protein bars and yogurt.
