I am already keeping track in my journal. This might be the encouragement that I need to help keep me accountable. I have been on MFP for a little over 3 years and I have always struggled with my weight, I was 250 lbs in high school, then after my 1st daughter was born, I was able to be 175 lbs but that changed because my heaviest was 306 lbs in April of 2020. That was 2.5 years after my second child. That is when I chose to live a healthier life. I was tired of being sick all the time.

07/01-197.8-(Trend Weight: 197.4)- Today I am celebrating my sonโs 27th birthday and my oldest grandsonโs 17th birthday who were born on the same day. There will be food that is out-of-plan so the key will be portion control. A new month always feels so hopeful. Iโm starting with a small drop on the scale which feels even better.
