My son graduated from college on May 6th and my daughter is now officially a sophomore in college.

07/01-197.8-(Trend Weight 197.4)- Today I am celebrating my son’s 27th birthday and my oldest grandson’s 17th birthday who were born on the same day. There will be food that is out-of-plan so the key will be portion control. A new month always feels so hopeful. I’m starting with a small drop on the scale which feels even better. Let’s make July a banner month, my friends! Good luck to everyone on your individual goals. Happy Canada Day to all our Canadian Friends.
07/02-197.6-(Trend Weight 197.5)- I celebrated my son’s 27th birthday yesterday with dinner out and a very special dessert. It was nice. I gave him a few small gifts but the big one comes next month when he goes to WWE Summerslam Wrestling down in Detroit in August. An expensive trip since each ticket was $315.00 each and lots of extra expenses on top of it. But it’s a dream come true for him. His autism keeps him fixated on certain things and pro wrestling is one of them. Summerslam has not been in Detroit in 17 years so this is a rare treat. He’s very excited. My Scale weight is s..l..o..w..l..y trickling down this last couple of days but the trend weight is inching up each day. I say, “Oh, Ye of Little Faith” to my trendweight app.

Hi everyone. I'm 57 and 5'6". I live with my husband and our 3 kitties and work full time.
I can't believe I have gained 4 pounds since Friday after a bad weekend. Anyway back on track today and hoping they will fall off fast, hence the ambitious weight loss goal this month.
Highest weight was 152 lb April 3. Ultimate goal weight is 132 lb.
Looking forward to seeing everyone's progress this month.

Hi all, I'm glad to be back for another month of this great challenge, thanks so much @jm216
After going on holiday at the end of last month, I am glad to see that I only gained 2lbs, and hopefully I will be able to lose most of that quite quickly. It was good to have a bit of a diet break and eat lots of wholesome nutritious food, but it's time to get back on it with daily tracking, weighing, and exercise to get into the 130s. I am keeping my daily goals the same for this month as they were working well for me.
