I don’t do FB, SC, Instagram, Twitter or any other social media.
I do use this app for logging and I pay for this *tihs* so I’m going to use it.
I sure wish it was as fun as it was when I first started participating about 10yrs ago.
It sure has changed a lot.. agreed, not for the better. But.. there are still some pretty awesome people 😃4 -

My fitness has majorly improved but if you ask me to run I will end up looking like Homer Simpson

I have been going to the gym consistently then last week, I got the flu and was unable to go for the entire week and now I burnt my hand which prevents me from going. I am hoping this does not set me back too far as it relates to my journey.2
