Weight in blue makes me blue because itβs a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because itβs a loss. Weight in black means no change.
08/01-193.6-(Trend Weight: 195.2)- Iβve changed my goals to 4 pounds per month instead of 5. That is one even pound per week with the half week being allowed for normal fluctuations or special occasions or travel. Seems easier and more realistic. Good luck in this new month, my friends. I hope we can all take advantage of the rest of summer and make every choice count. Iβm rooting for you all!

I thought I did badly last month because I was sick and lots of travel and stress. I lost momentum and didnβt weigh myself the last week of July. I weighed myself yesterday and this morning and sounds like I wasnβt off course after all. I canβt wait to get into the 140βs !!

Been a really busy summer. Italy, Japan, then we flew into Orlando to join my son and his family on their vacation. On the fourth day in Orlando, my son and his wife tested positive for Covid, so we extended another week and quarantined together. We are all fine, it's nice to finally being home after 8 weeks living out of a suitcase.
My last weigh in was June 15, at 271.2. I am ecstatic I have only gained 3.4 lbs. Nice to see the old faces on here, and welcome to the newbies. Thanks to enlightenme3 for keeping this challenge going every month. Good luck eveyone!1 -

Sorry for your health issues Isacc. Maybe make these changes for you first and then your family. Ourselves should always be our #1 priority. Many successes in your journey and may your MS find remission.
