What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

I dropped 5 lbs this week after gaining 7 over 2 months while RV'ing. My last mini goal was to drop those 7 lbs. Well after dropping 5 in one week I'm overly excited about that. So I replaced that mini goal with a new one. To be a 2'sie by the end of August.7

I'm having knee replacement surgery in August. I knew it would be an easier recovery if I lost weight. I've learned not to quit, that plateaus happen, but if you keep at it, you'll soon be losing again.12

Have a visible jawline, be able to zip up my size 20 jacket (weird cause I'm a size 18!!!) and I dunno... I need some smaller goals because those seem pretty big. I would also like to be 110kg or lower and lose another dress size.6

I just found out that one of my granddaughter's is engaged. Wedding date not yet decided, but my goal is to be able to wear an attractive outfit for the day. I'm currently a size 14 (Canadian) and would like to get comfortably into a 12.12

Be able to fit into the dress my sister brought me for her wedding seven years ago, and dress up as a princess for a few minutes on my birthday! (I'm getting a castle cake and wearing a tiara)10

I'd like to drop 12 pounds by the end of August. It's a mini-milestone along the way. Down 78 so far and still going strong. I've just added some walking and low-impact workouts to my week...we'll see how it goes!10

My parents just hit their 50th wedding anniversary. Our gift to them is an entire family photo shoot with all my siblings and our families. We are going to do it this fall. I don’t have a set goal size by then but I want to look better than I do now and feel confident going into the session. And to be pleased with the photos. And not dread going clothes shopping for an outfit.

Made my July goal of being down 30lbs from my high! I've got a family trip in about 6.5 weeks and I'd like to have lost 40lbs by then (8.3lbs to go) so that's my next mini-goal!10

Girlfriend and I are ~6.5 weeks into a five month challenge to lose 15% of body weight each. It's looking like we will both reach the 1/2 way goal (7.5%) at the two month mark. The mini-goal is to be at the two month mark and ahead of plan. Eating @ home and being more active. Feeling so much better already.13

My mini goal is I lost two pounds this week. I am steadily loosing 2 pounds. Small wins for me for greater results.

i have 2 mini goals right now.
first mini goal is to lose 5.6 pounds - that'll take me to 140, which is my current goal weight.
second is to be able to do 10 minutes on the treadmill at a 5% incline with a heart rate under 110.

I turned 68 this July 14th. Retired in 2016. Haven't looked back but I used to be a lot more active so getting rather sedentary these days. So I got me a stationary bike. The convenience of this thing is great, just hop on when I want, mostly an hour after each meal. The first week I noticed I dropped from 215lbs to 196, so I'm on it! My target weight is my BMI which will be 160lbs. If I can drop close to 10 a week riding nowhere in my office, I should be there pretty soon! Love this app! Just what the doctor ordered! Thank you!9

1.) Tracking for over 100 days straight.
2.) Getting close to going up to belt hole #5 -- I started at belt hole #2.
3.) Needing to lose 2 more pounds this month, which will leave me back at the weight that I was at this time last summer.
4.) Being able to slowly ramp up activities after 2 months of physical therapy.9 -
1) Right now, I do weigh ins on Saturdays, and I want to loose 3lbs each week.
2) Physical fitness wise, I had some medical issues, so I'm focused on cardio and strengthening my joints to build a stronger base so that when I start weights I won't hurt myself. Right now, my "goal" on that is just to build a workable routine into my daily/weekly schedules.
3) Avoid "fads" and just focus on a healthy routine that works for my life.8 -
My first mini goal on this weight loss/muscle build up is to be under 300lbs. I started at 335lbs and told myself a long time ago that 300lbs was a line in the sand. Well.....I stepped Waaaaay over that line. 2nd goal will be 50 lbs lost and final goal is 100lbs lost.12
