A slew of life events/forced changes for quarantine saw me falling backward (upward) for a while. I'll now be re-aiming for 192.7, which will be the 50-pound mark since I restarted tracking in September. That'll bring me close to 60 total from HRW as well.
Frustrating, but at least things are settling in again enough to the point where I feel like I can say that I have enough in me to try again.
Even though it's only 1.3 pounds, it will likely take a couple of weeks. This will be due to a self-enforced slow slide into deficit (to avoid shocks leading to bingeing) along with using a 7-day average. Honestly I am half tempted to use 28-day average, but that would take a lot longer, as I've been effectively maintaining for the last month.
It was really helpful to come back and catch up on all the fitness and weight goals you all have been setting and accomplishing. Keep at it!
I'm surprised (but pleasantly so) that I am able to announce today that my 7-day average JUST snuck under my goal.
Next goal: Under 190.0 on the 28-day average. That number is 193.6 today.
I'm here reading all these awesome comments and I reach behind my shoulders to massage a sore spot that is always there AND I actually felt my own shoulder blade. A real bone. Been YEARS. What a feeling.
I want to get under 125. Last year I was maintaining at 116 and really feeling myself. I realized that 125 was where my body plateaued last time so for now my mini goal is to get past this hard spot once more.
This is kinda a near future mini goal, but one I'm excited for nonetheless.
I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I've told myself that after my baby is here, once I get back down to pre-pregnancy weight, I'm going to reward myself with getting my belly button pierced!
It's something I've always wanted but I've always been too chicken.
I can't wait to get started working towards it, but little man needs to cook a little longer
My short term (I hope) goal is getting a blood sugar reading under 200. Nothing like a little out of control Type II to make me lose weight! (Yes, my G.P. is aware and I have a tele-appointment with an endocrinologist on Wednesday.)

I’m working on being able to run a 5k and average 8 minutes per mile. I’ve never been a great runner, but trying to get better. I have a training program I’ve been utilizing every day.
1. to get into a UK size 16 by middle of July
2. to get into a UK size 14 by my anniversary in September
3. to get out of the obese BMI category by September
4. to be able to get through insanity by Christmas
Current mini-goal is to carry cartons of water up three flights of stairs without getting out of breath.
Was aiming for a half marathon sometime in september, but not sure now if things will be open by then.
Current mini goals are to get to 215 by my birthday on May 23rd (I have 4.6 lbs to go) and drop below 200 by the end of June. My current trend lines on my weight chart show I'm on track for both!
I also have a size 14 of my favorite jeans saved in my cart on Amazon, just waiting to be purchased!

The best of luck 🤞.
168.2 lbs -> goal 163.2
If memory serves correctly- this goal also gets me down 1 pant size.
