Knowing how slow it went these last months, I will try to at least lose 0,5kg or around 1 pound every month. Seriously slooooooow, but that's the way it is when almost at goal. I'd rather lose 3 pounds than stay at the same weight.

However, I finally figured out that a drink I have been buying (diet with zero calories and carbs) was actually loaded with sugar. 100 calories per bottle and 33 carbs! I accidentally bought the non-diet version of the Lipton Green Tea citrus and it has been causing a stall to a gain on the days I drink it. I had no idea! Luckily I caught it (after a month). I don’t drink it daily so I still had 3 cases left which I promptly gave to my skinny daughter for work. Frustrated, but moving forward and continuing to fight the good fight.

Seem to be slipping a lot Smoked in the last week, mostly, yesterday, after fam gathering (big meal, too). Frustrating. Can't seem to get it together. Although, I have only smoked about 20 cigs since May 24, 2023. So, that is in the right direction. Have planned out most of my meals, so something positive, and a bit more exercise, plus tons of water (more than 8 cups a day), but did not activate 7 day, trial membership, at gym.

08/01-193.6-(Trend Weight: 195.2)- I’ve changed my goals to 4 pounds per month instead of 5. That is one even pound per week with the half week being allowed for normal fluctuations or special occasions or travel. Seems easier and more realistic. Good luck in this new month, my friends. Hi Everyone. At my heaviest. MFP worked for me before some 5 yrs ago, helping me lose 37lbs. Pound by pound, I gained it all back, along with an additional 20 lbs. This is going to have to be a lifestyle change this time around. Too difficult to do this any other way. Consistency is the only magic pill that I know works. Stay focused. I am home. My scale was so upset with me I had to tell it in the App that it was I that had logged in.
Only did two hikes.
I brought the puppy along for one of them next year will be easier because puppy will be capable of doing long hikes. Puppy will need long hikes. Ate so very very much.
Now I should be fresh and focused for a while I hope. I can feel my joints going I thought we agreed to that sugar and fine wheat don't agree with us.
