Knowing how slow it went these last months, I will try to at least lose 0,5kg or around 1 pound every month. Seriously slooooooow, but that's the way it is when almost at goal. I'd rather lose 3 pounds than stay at the same weight.

Hi, I’m Lynn from B.C. Canada. Have a terrible track record of never completing these challenges but committing to this one. I'm 76, my Life Goal is to remain fit and active well into my 80's. I love nature walks, kayaking and biking but recent arthritic and other muscle issues have been a challenge. Allowed “life” and other obstacles ( habitual procrastinator ) to interfere with a great event I’d registered for but had to withdraw from. Recognizing that I can’t ‘push through’ like I used to be able to do even 8 years ago has been hard.
My highest wt was 183; two years ago I managed to get down to 156, but then a slow backslide began. April of this year I saw 173.6 ☹ . Currently yo-yoing in the mid 160’s; Wt Loss Goal for this challenge is to lose 10 lbs and return to 156.

In terms of weight, will do better in the coming week. I think quitting smoking has made me replace cigs, with food. And not healthy, either At least, I am aware of it. So, that is a positive. I have gotten a cold. I am hoping the gain is just my body. Collecting water as it is. Dealing with the cold. If so all that water is in my sinuses clouding my brain and clogging my ears.
Might weigh in Friday. Might not it all depends on the adorable happy thing I think might be a kangaroo mislabeled as a puppy.
If it is sleeping and my husband is sleeping I will not do anything to wake them. I start my holiday on Friday and we are headed to my mom's place. I would like to say that I am going hiking with my dad and eating healthy the entire time I am gone. But truth of the matter is I will probably eat everything I se and not walk alot .

I'm doing a strengthening regimen as well, so while I gained 3 lbs, I've been feeling stronger; clothes fit slightly better and more loose after 3 weeks. I don't have a smart scale, but I assume I'm gaining muscle weight. I'll just have to adjust both diet and activity so I can be a leaner, fitter version of me in the end. Hopefully at goal weight lols. I'll take it, health is wealth 🙂4 -
