    Given my more recent track record, I'm choosing an extremely optimistic goal, but 220 lb. (100 kg) is such a nice round number, I can't resist!

    Looks like it's time to change tracks, then :smiley: Do you have a plan for what you're going to do differently going forward? Because I bet that 220/100 will look good on you!

    07/01-197.8-(Trend Weight: 197.4)- Today I am celebrating my son’s 27th birthday and my oldest grandson’s 17th birthday who were born on the same day. There will be food that is out-of-plan so the key will be portion control. A new month always feels so hopeful. I’m starting with a small drop on the scale which feels even better.     I did the Spring Challenge and failed miserably. I have some work to do to get back on track. The last couple of years I was involved in several challenges. I decided to focus on one. So this is the challenge I have decided to work on. Wednesday is my regular weigh-in so July 5th will be my start.

    YOUR CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT FOR THIS CHALLENGE: 189 lbs
    YOUR CHALLENGE WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: 176 lbs
    I used the calculator that @Walela617 shared. So it calculated lowering my calories by 500 and my slightly active lifestyle, I could lose 13 lbs by October 5th. So I am going for it. My June 28th weight was 193lbs

    Zero pounds lost this week, but over the years I've learned not to beat myself up about things like this as body often tends to do what it wants even if I do most things by the letter. Expecting a hormonal gain as the monthly cycle nears. Maybe a whoosh will happen sometime, fingers crossed 😉.

    Hi, I’d like to join this challenge please. I’ve had MFP since 2015. I used it to successfully reach my weight loss and fitness goals during the pandemic but since returning to work I’ve gained back 15 of the 20 pounds I had lost plus my fitness is poor.
