Aug 12: 306.8 Thought about skipping this check in but it is what it is.....have no reason as to why. I was at 303 the morning before. It has to be heat and sodium related. Had dinner out last night....Mexican. I know you have to eat an extra 3,500 calories for each pound so there's no way I ate an extra 13,200 calories in 1 day.
