I hate my arms and found the best work out is boxing. If you have access to a WII golds gym cardio is perfect!!!
Thanks! I actually just found a gym near home that offers a boxing class on Saturday mornings. I'm hoping to take Friday off from work so if I don't work that day I'll go check them out and see how much it is. And I think boxing would be a good way for me to get out all my work-related stress!0 -

Happy Monday CCC!!! :bigsmile: Welcome back to some missing friends and our vacationers!!! Sorry to say it's time to get back to the healthy life style with NO GUILT!!!! The healthy life style is not so bad.....with Moderation you can have what ever you might want. I am still not sure who I am these days!!!!!!!!!!!! I really feel like I have the mind of a close to skinny person
Saturday I had to go to a Baby Shower. I went to spin in the morning and then came home and put on my NEW running shoes and took them out for a test run walk 30 mins!!!! At the shower I got compliments on my new jeans and more toned self. I looked at the food and :noway: Ate in moderation, cuccumber and egg salad finger sandwiches, LOTS of fruit, alittle salad, some Almonds on the table and NO cakeballs dipped in chocolate, brownies and other goodies!!!!!
I also only enjoyed wine on friday :drinker: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! However today I feel like I have a hangover since I am lacking sleep. I stayed up waiting for my son to come home from a concert. Then had to get him up and to school by 6:30 for football. Now my MFP timer is about to go off and I should get to work :frown:
Something I have heard is a good thing to do and I am going to focus on is light dinners!!! I hear a bigger lunch then a small dinner is the way to go. So my Quote for that is.....IF YOU WISH TO GROW THINNER DIMISH YOU DINNER :flowerforyou:

I didn't have a great week. I'm at 170.2. I think I need to start doing aerobics (zumba) along with my 30 DS. Today was day 7 on that for me because I skipped Sunday and didn't work out. My body needed some rest. I think I may take a walk or jog tonight though. Maybe Zumba. We'll see, but I'll be doing something!
My current measurements are:
waist: 35
hips: 41
bust: 40
arms: 12 (I think - I'll remeasure these and let you know for sure)
thighs: 20.5 (I think - again, I'll remeasure)
So, my measurements are going down, weight isn't. I need to really watch my food intake. I actually did really good on Friday night at the bbq, indulged a bit on Saturday night, and didn't really track on Sunday. Sunday I only ate when I felt hungry, so I was careful about it all at least.
Back to it. I'd really like to lose a good 6 pounds during October, so I'm going to focus focus focus!!

Love the dinner quote I have also heard "Eat Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince, and Dinner like a Beggar." Breakfast is definitely the most important meal of the day (hint, hint). That's where we jump start our metabolism for the day! And dinner has always been my downfall. Actually, it still is...0

Sorry for being so late AGAIN for the millionth time. I went on a little trip to see my boyfriends family so I was away from the computer all weekend. I hope I did okay with the eating but I was great with the exercise. We went hiking, played in the park and I was up and moving with the kids all weekend. I had a blast. I will update my weight, and measurements when I come home from the gym tonight. Sorry again.0

Satisfied to be down from my 3 lb gain last week though. But annoyed that I have bronchitis and feel like fainting during 30DS!
This Three Seed Bread recipe really fills me up in the morning and is a great snack for under 200 Cals.
Three Seed Bread
contributed by Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups Water
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Oil
2 cups White Flour, Unbleached
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
1/3 cup Brown Flaxseeds
2 Tbsp. Sunflower Seeds (Raw Shelled)
1 Tbsp. Poppy Seeds
2 tsp. Yeast, Active Dry
Directions:
Bread Machine:
Add ingredients to bread machine in the order recommended by the bread machine manufacturer and select basic bread cycle. Let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
Makes 1 loaf.
By Hand:
Add honey, yeast and warm water to a bowl and let stand 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine flours, salt and seeds. Once yeast mixture has proofed, add oil to liquid, then flour mixture. Mix well and turn out onto flat surface and start kneading, adding flour as needed. Knead for about 5-8 minutes. Place dough in oiled bowl and cover. Allow to rise for 45 minutes, or until double. Punch down loaf and form dough into loaf. Place in an oiled loaf pan. Allow to rise for 30 minutes, or until double. Bake at 375°F for 40-45 minutes.
NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION:
(One loaf yields 13 slices).
One slice contains Calories 150, Calories from Fat 45, Total Fat 5g, Saturated Fat 0g, Cholesterol 0mg, Sodium 270mg, Total Carbohydrate 25g, Dietary Fiber 3g, Sugars 3g, Protein 5g.0 -
