    My September goal is 120 minutes planks/ 120 minutes other isometrics

    September 20: 6/6
    September 22: 7/7
    September 23: 6/6
    September 24: 6/6
    September 25: 6/6

    Total: 110/110

    So every time I look at this, I think to myself, are you really trying to get to 2 hours of planks? Or is it supposed to be 2 minutes?

    It is October now and my planking goal still stands: 120*1 minute planks and 120*1 minute other isometrics.

    November brings rain and winds, but it doesn’t take away my determination to up my exercise routine and, of course, I’m not going to stop planking 🧘‍♂️
    So my goal stays the same in November, 120 minutes planks and 120 minutes isometrics.
