10/01-187.2-(Trend Weight: 189.2)- It was a very good day yesterday. Everything fell into place. Diet, Exercise, Water, Potty. Wouldn’t it be nice if every day went so smooth?
10/02-187.0-(Trend Weight: 189.0)- I stuck to my plan pretty well again yesterday although I did have a hard time getting in enough calories before I ran out of carbs and fat for the day. Both of those are important since I’m diabetic (carbs) and a heart patient (fats) so I’ve got to figure out how to make better choices I think that won’t put me over on the latter two. Sometimes I look ahead and think how far I have to go, other times I look back and see how far I’ve come. I like it much better when I see the cup as half full and I’ve been in that place lately so it is good. I am wishing you all the very best of luck this round. It’s a tough round with all the foodie holidays coming in the next 90 days but we got this, right? I’m your biggest cheerleader.

Taking a break for a bit to get health back on track for October 2023. Haven't been counting calories and weight has gone up due, I think, to quitting smoking, completely. I would like to invite you (and anyone else interested) to check out the Ultimate Accountability Challenge. The focus of the UAC is on building healthy daily habits, rather than on weight (loss) and numbers. I've been a member of the challenge since July and it has helped me so much in re-framing what I'm doing (and also in losing weight, although that is not a requirement to join). It's a friendly and supportive group, too. Come check it out and see what you think.2 -
