You know you didn’t gain 6 lbs overnight. It’s water retention. Don’t beat yourself up for something you didn’t cause, it doesn’t help anything and can only cause you to sabotage yourself out of spite.
If you remain steady in what you’re doing and you’re doing the right things, that weight will come off steadily but there will always be bumps in your weight graph along the way. They truly don’t matter, they’re just part of the progress.

Another good week food and excerzise wise. Last week I was steadily climbing from my low weight of 76.8. I was sure I was going to weigh more this Monday than last Monday despite feeling like I did everything right. But then the weight peaked on Friday and went down.
This weekend I walked the puppy in daylight and she still pulls. She doesn't pull when it's dark so I mistakenly believed she had learned not to pull.

@takinitalloff That’s funny. It feels like I’ve been doing this for so long now that it should be 2024. Four months tends to feel like an eternity when you are denying yourself the foods you really would prefer to eat and feeling hungry most of the time on a daily basis.

10/01-187.2-(Trend Weight: 189.2)-
10/02-187.0-(Trend Weight: 189.0)- I stuck to my plan pretty well again yesterday although I did have a hard time getting in enough calories before I ran out of carbs and fat for the day. Both of those are important since I’m diabetic (carbs) and a heart patient (fats) so I’ve got to figure out how to make better choices I think that won’t put me over on the latter two. Sometimes I look ahead and think how far I have to go, other times I look back and see how far I’ve come. I like it much better when I see the cup as half full and I’ve been in that place lately so it is good. I am wishing you all the very best of luck this round. It’s a tough round with all the foodie holidays coming in the next 90 days but we got this, right? I’m your biggest cheerleader.
10/09-184.8-(Trend Weight: 187.6)- I am very pleased with my loss this week. It is not often that I can lose 2 lbs in one week and keep it off. So that is my goal this week, keeping it off. I am very near my monthly October goal. I know the Halloween Candy is going to start flowing in abundance everywhere I go. Gotta stay strong. I may stop by the dollar store today and pick up some sugar-free Werthers candies that I can suck on in a candy dish emergency.
