    Giving up candy is the next goal. I have to if I want to maintain/lose a little more weight. Had a wine slip (I had been off all alcohol for 20 days) but back on track with that now. I know on Thanksgiving we all will probably eat more than we should but we should cut ourselves some slack and not be hard on ourselves.
