    Just trying to walk everyday and eat and sleep well. Weight loss would be good, too.

    I’m at that stage where I want to change my body composition and letting go of the scale! I’ve been fixated on “weight” for so long… And letting go of that number is such a HUGE deal! You continue to inspire me to focus on 🏋️‍♀️, stretching and agility. I’m ready to go! My challenge is to try not to freak out 🎢 when the scale goes up or stays the same. My next “InBody” is January 1. Goal is to lose 3 lbs of fat and gain 3lbs of muscle.
