I'm using the pedometer as well. With the exercise I did today..I racked up 8 miles and counting since I'm still at work walking around.0

Oh no! Can you work it out by the time you were on the treadmill and the rough speed? Seems a shame to do the work and not see your ticker move :ohwell:0 -

Hmmm...I don't have a pedometer. I wonder if I would get more miles if I could count all my steps per day?
I'm going to check into that pedometer app for my phone. I just map out a route on my lunchtime, or yesterday I used the treadmill. And I mapped out a route in the morning too for my walk/run. I didn't count any other walking I might have done.
I might have to fix that!!!0 -

6.2 miles for me today - 5 of them were on treadmill.0 -
I have been super sick and just now feeling better. I weighed in today and my weight is 216.5. I just got my Polar FT4 today, so I can't wait to start using it. I will start my logging in tomorrow and start my calorie counting again. I am so excited to get this started and losing weight. Good Luck to everyone!!!!0

Haha everybody has been blowing me out of the water. I only have about 4 miles so far. But I have been going to my cardio dance and zumba classes so I'm not sitting on my butt. However, I won't be able to walk until the weekend because midterms are creepin up and I have papers to write. Yay college?? :P

OMG!!! I burn the top of my right foot earlier today with super hot water from my tea.:embarassed: ... Im in pain and blisters are surfaced, I cant see doctor but im trying my best to take care of it..I can barely walk :frown: so my miles will slow down, i got 10 in so far this week, when i recover (hopefully soon) I will make them up......keep up the great work everyone0

I've spent the day cleaning in the new house so no walk yet for me, think I'll have to do a walk away the pounds 5 mile walk tonight. Heading back I have a mop calling my name (trying to mop up dryed drywall mud off the basement cement floor so hubby can get the hardwood flooring done.)0
